I’m Michael Bowman, founder and lead attorney. My path to law is unique: I’ve been a police officer, public adjuster, contractor, and inspector — all before becoming a licensed attorney. Like you, I know what it is like to struggle and how damage, injuries or unkept promises can dramatically affect your life. That means I don’t just understand the law — I understand how damage happens, how insurers think, what the needs of our clients are, and how to build cases that win.

My Story & Credentials

From Service to Advocacy
I served approximately 13 years as a police officer, investigating accidents, helping people, and standing up for what’s right. I also trained Iraqi police in democratic policing, teaching fairness, accountability, and respect for the rule of law. That experience shaped my values: protect the vulnerable, demand accountability, and fight for justice.

Public Adjusting & Construction Expertise

After law enforcement, I worked in construction and launched Ironclad Roofing and Restoration, and helped launch Bulletproof Public Adjusting where we helped hundreds of clients recover fair payouts. I hold multiple professional licenses, including:

  • Florida Contractors License

  • Florida Roofing License

  • Florida Licensed Home Inspector

  • Licensed Insurance Adjuster

  • Notary Public

  • FAA Drone Pilot

This gave me hands-on knowledge of how property damage is assessed and how insurance companies try to avoid responsibility.

Today: The Claim Attorney

Now, as an attorney licensed in Texas, and an applicant to Alabama and Florida, I combine all of that experience with legal advocacy. My office prepares every case like it’s going to trial, whether it’s a storm claim, a construction defect, a termite infestation, or a personal injury.
